Waterfront House on Lake Tapps - Direct Lake Access

The perfect getaway to enjoy Lake Tapps with 70 feet of water's edge providing direct water access situated on a private lot at the end of the cul de sac. Guests will have access to water equipment such as stand up paddle board, kayak and rubber raft. For the fishing enthusiasts, bring your own poles and tackle for lazy days of fishing and sunshine. If spending warm summer days on the water is what you are looking for, this house has it all. After a sun-drenched day on the lake, gather and relax by the lakeside fire pit with a cozy fire. Don't forget to bring all the fixings for s'mores!
Guests will enjoy a spacious master suite featuring a two-sided fireplace, jetted tub and large walk-in shower.
We also welcome winter guests as a convenient base for a full day at the slopes on Crystal Mountain or a day hike at Mt. Rainier. This home offers year-round amenities as a home away from home.
The water level on Lake Tapps is lowered from October through April so motorized boating is restricted.
