Spend the extra money and stay here. The staff is incredible, the amenities and care for the property is next level, and the restaurants on site make it easy & accessible. You will need to have a car as it’s somewhat remote beyond the little town it’s in, but the rural feeling allows you to relax.

The hotel is great with beautiful grounds. Our room was spacious and clean and well decorated. The pools were great and provided a very nice atmosphere to lay out and relax. Overall we would say the hotel exceeded our expectations with regard to the room, the pools, the atmosphere, and the staff. The one exception was the food. Dinner at Le Bergerie was great, but the breakfast and lunch options were both lacking. Breakfast was okay but felt incomplete, lacking some basic items like some sort of sausage or meat, fresh fruit, veggies, etc. Lunch was the most severely lacking – the lunch menu by the pool only contained a small and niche selection and lacked basic options and classic staples for the region (ham and cheese sandwich, nicoise salad, turkey or ham club, etc.). The items included were not particularly tasty and expensive for what they were. I recommend the hotel take a look at what other similar hotels are doing for breakfast and lunch and try to match them on selection + quality, because it's the one area that is currently lacking to make this hotel a 5/5. My other note is that service by the pool was slow due to only having one person on staff taking care of it. It often took a long time to place an order and then be served. The servers were excellent but the hotel needs to have two people working so that guests can be served in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the exceptional service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The hotel's atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and inviting. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility. The common areas were equally impressive, offering a blend of elegance. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. The dining experience was also exceptional. The restaurant featured a seasonal menu that showcased the freshest and most delicious local produce. The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, making each meal a culinary delight. Overall, we had an unforgettable 5-star experience. This hotel is truly a step-above in terms of luxury and services. We ate at the onsite restaurants, used the spa, had a massage and enjoyed the overall property. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. We were only there for two nights, but do hope to visit in the future. Wonderful, wonderful location next to unbeatable scenery and local towns. This property may be a bit expensive, but very perfect for the expectation. Food was very good, wine selection very good, service staff very good, spa/massage very good. Driving to the local town for a Saturday market was wonderful. You just need to share the road with Ferraris and bicycles!

We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout. Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. We were eventually given the room shortly after, but the process felt disorganised. We booked a Deluxe Terrace but were given what seemed to be one of the smallest in that category, in the older part of the hotel. No seating area as shown in photos, visible dust, and a terrace next to the parking with a loud AC unit running constantly. It’s hard not to wonder whether booking via Expedia influenced the room allocation. Service lacked consistency: pool towels not cleared or set up properly, pool water not very clean, and empty glasses left around. Basic standards were missing. On the positive side, the food was good and restaurant service attentive, and the property is visually appealing. Overall, however, the experience fell short. Would return, but not at the start of the season.

Belle chambre dans une belle demeure bien placée près de Bonnieux. Le bistro est de type barbecue feu de bois, et a un beau choix de plats en grillades, meme si manger plusieurs fois est repetitif. Le petit dejeuner a juste ce qu'il faut et de bons produits frais.

Le séjour était vraiment incroyable. L'emplacement sur une colline avec vue sur le village de Bonnieux est extraordinaire. L'hôtel est très beau, les deux restaurants sont excellents. Le personnel est, à tous les niveaux, super sympathique et littéralement aux petits soins pour vous. Si vous ajoutez à cela, le SPA, les 2 piscines, les vélos, le terrain de paddle… on frôle la perfection.
