You have a lovely walled garden at the rear with an above-ground pool, summer kitchen, and immediate proximity to the Loire à Vélo cycling route and the banks of the Loire River, as well as the Cheuille River. You can set off on hikes directly from the house. Briare and its famous canal bridge are 15 minutes away, and Gien and its pottery factory are 30 minutes away. You can enjoy many other tourist attractions nearby: Guédelon Castle, Sancerre, Saint-Fargeau, etc.
Come and stay in our gîte in La Cheuille for a family holiday, a getaway with friends, or a business trip! The house is 140m².

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a 4K TV, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a separate toilet with a washbasin, and a shower room with a toilet.

On the first floor, there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm), one of which has an adjoining baby alcove (cot and changing table). A second bathroom with toilet is also located upstairs, and a baby bath and potty training facilities are available.

A 400m² enclosed garden is at your disposal, featuring a summer kitchen (barbecue, wood-fired oven) for convivial gatherings, sun loungers for relaxing, and even an above-ground swimming pool, pétanque and Molkky sets that will delight children and adults alike!

A private garage is also available.

Board games, books in various locations throughout the house, and an electronic piano are also provided.

Right next to the cottage, there is a pétanque court and a public children's playground, as well as electric vehicle charging stations.

Heating is included, bed linen is provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Towels are also included. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional €80, or you can clean before departure.
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 11 am.
The garage entrance is via Chemin de la Cheuille.
Parking is available on the sidewalk in front of the cottage.
