"False advertising, stating online when I made the reservation that hot breakfast is served but that was false! Only coffee was available. No grab bars in the shower, no holders to hang towels, no mirror besides the one over the bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. No staff at the registration desk when we checked out. Had to call out for someone to come out. Hallway to our room looked like it has not been swept, stuff on the floor were there when we checked in, still there 2 days later when we checked out. However, we’re thankful that we were given accommodation. Thank you "

"The location and price point worked for us while in town for two nights. Check in was easy. There was no one at the front desk on Saturday morning around 6:30 am and the lobby door was locked. The breakfast lady was helpful and the area was clean. We hade a toilet that was not working properly one evening and called the front desk. They informed us there was no one on site to help and that they were the front desk and could not assist us. They need a better plan in place to deal with issues on weekends. Guests need toilets and showers and running water. The AC was fabulous!"
