"This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. "We stayed in a seaside cabin. We have stayed in cabins all over Australia. This was the most expensive yet! Cabin requires a lot of work. Drain in bathroom floor quite exposed. Broken tiles. Couldn't close screen doors properly due to erosion from sea air. No chopping board provided. Rail on bunk very wonky. Kitchen cupboards awkward access. Shower door dangerous when trying to bath children. Location fantastic and views amazing, however state of cabin, for the fees charged needs reviewing."

All plugs removed from sockets. No electricity blankets. Plus the sheets felt damp. Ended up sleeping on top of bed. They do need to lift the standard. But for 85 dollars- can’t expect much."
