We've stayed at this property multiple times. Very clean, cozy, pet-friendly property. Walkable to downtown. Earthfare grocery just a block away for last minute purchases. It's our "go to" rental in Boone.

Property is in a great location. We were within walking distance to downtown Boone. The weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time exploring. Home was clean and because it is setback from King Street which is always busy during the day, home was quiet. We had such a good time.

App State Visit

I have stayed here a few times over the years my daughter has been attending App State, it is a very convenient location to explore King street restaurants and shops and to visit App state, I highly recommend staying here or the 2 bdrm next to it

Cute little house just across King Street from ASU, walking distance to Boone restaurants and shopping. Perfect for one couple or small family. We would absolutely stay again!

My favorite place to stay in my favorite town! Visited my son at App State and loved that I didn’t have to worry about King Street parking, I walked everywhere. The property is cozy and clean and perfectly stocked. Can wait to go back!

Perfect place and location

You cant ask for a better location. Easy walking distance to everything downtown. Exceptionally clean. Parking is a bit tight unless you have a smaller car. I parked next door at a reserved spot for the property.

Great Downtown Boone Getaway

My wife and I really enjoyed the cabin. It's a great location within walking distance of downtown Boone. FYI parking lot is pretty small so wouldn't recommend parking a larger truck (our F-150 barely fit) but there is a parking lot next door behind a business which was easier to get in/out of.

We loved this house. Very comfortable and lots of great details. My husband, daughter & I came up for our son’s birthday. There was tons of snow so it was nice to be able to walk to everything on King Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot.

The location was excellent. My family and I walked all over downtown Boone. The place it’s self was great. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had no issues and would absolutely recommend this place.

Super Cute, Perfect Location & Pet Friendly a BONUS

Being able to travel with our Frenchie and have such amazing accommodations is much appreciated thank you for sharing your home with us.
