This was the perfect location for my family to stay while visiting App state for a college tour. The home was clean and specious and had everything we needed. We would definitely return in the future.
The house location was ideal for our stay to see our daughter. The house is cozy and clean. Denise is easy to work with, communicates well, and even went the extra mile to help me with a personal issue.
Incredibly convenient home within walking distance of shops and restaurants. With the central location comes a bit of road noise but surprisingly, for an older home, the sound was not bad. The quaintness and charm of the old home was evident and one could feel like one was in Boone in some earlier period. We have a long bed truck and the parking was more than adequate. The owner was very helpful as I had buried the emails with instructions and she got right back to me. Lovely home!
We were unable to stay due to weather event. The host was very quick with communications. We drove by a week later and the house looks very clean and well taken care of. It is very close to App State campus and downtown Boone, so it would be a great starting place to walk and enjoy the university and town.
We loved the house...it was roomy, comfortable, well stocked, clean...But the location was probably what stands out. The house was 2 t0 4 blocks from restaurants, shopping, breweries. We never once got in the car to go anywhere. We look forward to another trip in this house!
Location, location, location is everything for this property. Great space and central to all things Boone. Could stand for a bit of freshening of outdated furniture and better quality bathroom products, but overall it is an awesome property.
Stayed here while moving our oldest into App State.
We enjoyed the great location to both downtown and the campus, while giving us the comforts of home.
Would definitely stay again.
This property was very nice and clean. Such a great location. Convenient to downtown Boone and our daughters new apartment. Will definitely book again.
The property was very clean and exactly as described. Being close to downtown made walking to Mast, Boone Bagelry, and our favorite local restaurants a breeze. A huge plus is how wonderful the pillows were, no need to bring your own when staying at this property!
This is a spacious tastefully decorated home in a super-convenient location. Everything in downtown Boone is walkable if you’re able to handle maybe .4/mile each way. We had a lovely little stay and my wife approved of the property!
There is a reason our family keeps coming back to this property. Amazing location to get to anything and everything. The property and owner are wonderful and we can’t say enough about how much we enjoy our time here.
White Fence Farm was perfect for our stay! Plenty of room for the 4 of us and close enough to campus to walk to orientation (8 minutes). The location is perfect! We walked to dinner (The Local), shopped a little and grabbed some ice cream on our walk back to the house. Easy check-in, good communication and overall a great experience.
Our daughter is at App State and we are trying every property we can when visiting. This was our 4th and one of the best for convenience to downtown and the campus. Loved the roominess in the house and the ease to walk everywhere.
We were looking for an in-town rental while visiting our son at ASU. This house was perfect.Management came and cleared the snow after our arrival. House was charming, and location was perfect. We were able to walk to the grocery store store and some cool restaurants.
