About this space
Weekend Special at Ravens Nest! My wife and I are excited to offer our mountain home for stays in the Boone area. This cozy 1.5 story 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, is located in a quite safe neighborhood, with easy access to the property. A five minute drive to, downtown Boone and ASU Campus. We are just a short drive away from entrances to the Blue Ridge Parkway, hiking trails, Ski resorts, restaurants, and shopping in Downtown Boone and Blowing Rock.
Put your chair by the Fire pit and Relax!
The space
2 bedroom, 2.5 baths that will sleep 5 people. We have a downstairs master with king size bed and master bath with Garden tub. Upstairs bedroom has queen and twin size bed and a full bath. Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher etc. Living room is spacious and has a gas fireplace with remote. Covered front porch with 3 rockers, and back deck that overlooks private back yard. Private driveway with parking for up to three cars There is easy access to the property via 194 and Howards Creek rd.. Wifi and cable TV are provided.
Guest access
Self Check in is provided to guest via a lock box on the front door. The garage and basement area is not available for guests to use.
Other things to note
There is a remote for the gas fireplace located on the mantle. For your own safety do not leave the gas fire place on when you go to bed. Always turn the gas logs off when you are leaving the house.
