This home has two separate living areas divided by an external staircase, but as a guest, you would have the entire property to yourself. The top level has 2 bedrooms, a bath, a kitchen, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The downstairs has a bedroom, a bath, a kitchen, a living area & laundry area. The property offers modern comforts with cable, WI-FI & the convenience of being 15 mins to Boone.

This home is pet friendly with a one-time, nonrefundable pet fee. This fee is not part of your VRBO total quote even if you indicate you are bringing a pet, since our VRBO is integrated with other sites and doesn't automatically add the charge.
