Excellent place to stay

The property is very clean, updated, comfortable, and the location is great. The property is tucked back behind a business away from the main street so it is quiet - thank goodness for very good directions from the host who is also very responsive to any questions. I recommend this property and will look for it again on our next visit to Boone.

Staying in downtown Boone

Great location and comfortable apartment in Boone. Amenities are available and the coffee is good. Having UHT half and Half was really appreciated. Downtown is steps away and Boone is lovely in any season.Trump’s tariff war will prevent a return visit but otherwise I’d recommend it.

This was a great place to stay! Great location right off King Street. The place was very nice and had all the amenities needed. The host was very accommodating and communicated quickly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Boone!

Great Stay and Location

This was a great place to stay in very convenient location in Boone right off King Street in walking distance of restaurants and shops. The owner had great communication and responded quickly to any questions. I was only planning on staying two nights but got stuck here due to snow and was able to extend my stay another day with ease. Owner was very friendly and was a very clean and nice place to stay. I would come back again and definitely recommend!

Perfect for a short visit.

This is a perfectly adequate place for a quick overnight in Boone, NC. Space was nice with all of the amenities you would expect. Very convenient to just about anything downtown. Walkable, which is great because Boone can be difficult to find parking. Comfortable bed, good shower

Loved this spot - hidden gem right behind shops on King St. Super clean and modern. The owners were easy to work with and everything was exactly (if not better) than the listing. We’ll be back!

Spring visit

Second stay at the property and just as great as the first. Hosted homemade dinners for our freshman, great homebase for hiking (weather cleared at lower altitudes), and enjoyed after-dinner game nights. Will definitely come back again.

Great Little Place

The location was perfect. The size is exactly what's needed for two people with all necessary amenities. Although we didn't walk to them, there are several spots to visit within walking distance. Very comfortable place to stay while visiting Boone! We will return.

Hidden Gem

We came for the ASU graduation and this spot made our stay even better. The perfect location and all the right amenities in a quaint studio space. The host was on top of it too. Will always book here when we return.
