A Nostalgic Visit

The Ivy - modern and cute-was perfect for my family and me. The entire place was well-appointed and comfortable. We were close to campus and downtown, both of which we visited out of nostalgia. The neighborhood was quiet, and our time in Boone was restful and full of fond memories.

Perfect home away!!

House is extremely clean.There is insructions to show how to use everything in the house. The bedding is very cozy.Beautiful kitchen. Perfection location to App State and downtown Boone. Will definately stay again!!

Spring Weekend

Our family, with adult children, spent the weekend in Boone. Each bedroom has a bathroom which makes it very convenient. Such a peaceful area and house! Close to everything in town. So clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for us to gather. We were able to be together and make great memories.

Great house!

The house has been beautifully renovated top to bottom and was very comfortable for our family. The location was convenient for all our activities. We will definitely keep this in mind the next time we’re in the area!

I hate to give this house such a good review because I fear I’ll never get the house again. This home was amazing. Stayed with my family (me, wife, two kids) visiting our son at APP. The home was pristine clean, well decorated and has anything you need in an amazing location close to APP State, food, shopping etc. I hope to be back soon. Thank you for an amazing weekend!!!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation weekend & could not have been happier. The property has been updated & decorated very well & was very, very clean!! The kitchen was stocked nicely, bedrooms were comfortable & we were close to everything we needed to be! We would highly recommend this property & would hope to stay again in the future. Quiet, Clean, & Convenient

We loved our stay at this house! It is on a very quiet street. It is close to lots of restaurants & shopping in Boone. The house has been completely updated on the inside. It is very clean & the king bed we slept on was very comfortable. The linens & towels were very nice. We had great communication withElizabeth. We would definitely like to stay here the next time we come to Boone.

Beautiful on the inside! Newly renovated, well appointed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with great kitchen and living room! Very neat, clean and well organized. Owner included a few extras that many other property owners do not. Would most definitely stay here again!

Amazing House

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It is always clean and well stocked. The bathroom has enough individual sized body care products to get you through the weekend. The owners even left a note on where to find the products should you want to purchase them. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. I personally love that there is a toaster oven in the kitchen. You cannot beat the location of this house. It is close to everything in Boone. I plan on staying here every time I visit Boone with my family!
