Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood centrally located in Boone. Spacious living, kitchen, and dining room. The decor is tastefully done and it is a very comfortable home.

This is a very welcoming and cozy home. We enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the house, which had all the necessities for our 3 night stay. The location is great, enabling you to get around Boone easily (look for the backroads to avoid traffic). There are many wonderful places to dine and we especially enjoyed The Beacon (less than 10 min from this house). Fantastic food, service and live music! Thanks for a lovely visit - we'll be back!

We ate out for all meals. There are so many great places to choose a variety of delicious food. The house is as beautiful and accommodating as the pictures! And Elizabeth is the best host!!

This home was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Each bedroom having its own bath was a huge plus. The kitchen was well designed and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to App State and shopping. The neighborhood was quiet even on a game day. The host was quick to respond to questions and requests. I will definitely rent again.

We had a great time staying at The Ivy during our couple of days in Boone. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but is still close enough to downtown Boone and App State that there's plenty to do within a short drive. The home was perfect for us. The house is very modern inside and has everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was as described in the listing and Elizabeth answered any questions we had very promptly. I would happily recommend this house to any family spending some time in Boone.

The Ivy was a perfect house for our girl weekend. There were 3 of us, so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The house is fully updated, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are super nice, too. The house location is also perfect - just a short drive to downtown Boone and Bowling Rock. Elizabeth was a great host. She makes sure we had everything we needed and also very kind to offered the early check-in. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Another Excellent Stay in Boone

This was our 4th stay at this Boone house. The house is immaculate, roomy, and very well furnished. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is perfect for 3 guys on a fishing trip. The owner was immediately responsive to our communications.

Excellent Place to Stay in Boone

We love this place - it's clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, spacious and close to so many things - shopping, restaurants and skiing. It's especially nice having 3 full-size baths when vacationing with extended family. Great place to stay!

Perfect place to stay while in town for our son’s wedding. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood. This house has everything you need to feel at home and has been tastefully renovated. The host also quickly communicates to any questions. We definitely plan on staying again.

Wonderful set up, very clean and beautiful place. We found it so easy to relax and enjoy our week in Boone. It quickly became a favorite of ours for VRBO. We are looking forward to staying the next time we’re in Boone.

We enjoyed the location and comfort of this house. Elizabeth, the host, was very responsive and thorough. The house has been recently updated and it felt like an upscale hotel. Highly recommend if you are in the Boone or Blowing Rock area.

Perfect Little Getaway

Stayed with family for niece's graduation from Appalachian. The house was perfect for 6 people. There was plenty of room, the house was nicely stocked and the location was close to everything. Would highly recommend and will stay again.
