  • A tranquil and historically significant upstairs apartment, dating back to 1876, is available for your stay. The Apartment is located on 2nd floor just up the outside steps. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the city, offering complimentary parking on the premises. The apartment is just a few blocks away from an array of culinary delights, retail establishments, the picturesque Missouri River, and the captivating Isle of Capri Casino.

    Additional rules
    Parties are NOT allowed Quiet neighborhood No smoking in home Vaping in home is not allowed No pets allowed
    Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the apartment (this includes vaping). There's a $500 fee for smoking plus replacement cost of any damaged furniture/ additional cleaning fees. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood please be respectful of noise after 10:00pm. Must be 21 to rent our property and the person renting the property must be one of the guests staying on the reservation No parties and/or loud gatherings that will disturb the neighbors. This is a family friendly neighborhood and we like to keep our community happy

This was my second time staying at this VRBO, and it was as great as the first time!! Having a comfortable place to land made our time in Boonville with old school buddies even more enjoyable. Quiet weekend away

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to have a romantic weekend. The check in and check out process could not have been easier. Wanda went above and beyond to help make this a special weekend. Loved this rental and highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely stay here again if we are in that area.

I wish I could give this place more stars! Location is perfect, and we could walk downtown. The place itself is very well furnished and equipped. The decor is just beautiful. It has everything you need. Wanda was an excellent host, and checked in on us a few times to see how we were doing. We will definitely be back!

Columbia football game !!

The property is Super cute !!! Extremely clean !! Very peaceful neighborhood and great host !!! We were visiting our daughter in Columbia and it was a home football weekend!! Hotels were sky high so we VRBO’d The drive wasn’t bad at all ! Boonville is a precious little town !! Eat at Maggie’s Bar and grill!!

The place was clean, comfortable and restful. Wanda was a great host. She double checked with me that everything was in order and reminded me to contact her if I needed anything. I appreciated the location within walking distance of the grocery store and the cleaners. The grocery store has a great hot food selection in the deli. And the laundry was one the cleanest I’ve seen. I definitely would stay again

Adorable apartment. Extremely clean with all of the items you need. Bed was very comfortable. Pull out couch was a little small for two adults and quite firm, so be aware of that. However, it served our needs, and the main bed and extra mattress in the closet were great. Host gives all the details you need and responds very quickly. Great place to stay for the night!
