Spacious Boonville Retreat with Full Kitchen and Laundry

  • Welcome to your spacious second-floor retreat in Boonville, Missouri. With tall ceilings, hardwood floors, a full kitchen, and private laundry, this apartment offers a comfortable place to settle in while visiting family, attending an event, or enjoying a Missouri getaway.

    SLEEPING AND LIVING SPACE

    The private bedroom has one queen bed. In the living room, a convertible couch can be arranged into a queen-size bed, providing sleeping space for up to four guests total. Smart TVs and Wi-Fi are provided. The fireplace is decorative and cannot be used.

    KITCHEN AND BATHROOM

    The full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, silverware, and cooking essentials.

    The private full bathroom features a soaking tub and a separate shower. Linens, towels, basic toiletries, coffee, and laundry supplies are provided. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your use.

    ACCESS

    Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Entry is provided through a keypad with a unique door code for each reservation.

    The apartment is on the second floor and requires stairs. The stair lift shown in the entrance photo is not available for guest use.

    PARKING AND CAMERAS

    Free street parking is available. Optional reserved parking in the private gravel lot costs $25 per vehicle, per day.

    An exterior security camera monitors the stair and entrance area and the private parking area. There are no cameras inside the apartment.

    HOUSE RULES

    Maximum four guests. No pets. No parties or events.

    Tobacco smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the apartment.

    Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

    SPECIAL REQUESTS
