"House was very clean with the exception of some dust/sand on floors, even though you could not see it walking on the floors in bare feet always felt that that maybe a good washing was needed. We just swept with the broom/vacuum and it was better. But one thing that really stood out when arriving is the cement stairs dug into the hill that you needed to go down to get to the house. "Great stay here with our dog while we visited our college student doing a local internship. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Had most everything we needed, porch was great to sit out on in the evening. Comfortable beds. Very warm sleeping a couple nights because of the no a/c but cross breezes usually kept the house comfortable. Easy five minute drive into Boothbay Harbor. Quick responses whenever we reached out. Overall a great stay - we were very happy with it!"
