Step into the serenity of coastal living at The Cottage at Lobster Cove! With its quaint charm this delightful cape cottage invites you to indulge in a true retreat.

Inside, you`ll find comfort and convenience in every corner. Boasting 3 cozy bedrooms (and an extra twin sofa sleeper in the TV room), 2 full bathrooms (one on each floor -- the second floor bath has a bathtub/shower), this haven provides ample space for relaxation. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and an extra room with a twin sofa sleeper and TV. The second floor. Second bedroom has a king and the third bedroom has a queen. Modern amenities abound, from the convenience of a dishwasher and washer/dryer to the entertainment options of board games and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. This house has a regular coffee maker.

Outside, the enchantment continues with a patio area overlooking the picturesque cove, where you can soak in the tranquil ambiance. For the adventurous souls, you can rent from the local kayak company that can be launched from the property during high tide, promising a fun adventure for all ages!

Conveniently located just a short stroll from Barrett`s Park and a mere mile from downtown Boothbay Harbor, this retreat offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. Nearby walking trails beckon to be explored, promising breathtaking views and rejuvenating experiences amidst nature`s splendor.

A Sea Maine team member will meet you upon check-in to deliver keys, give a tour of the home, and answer any questions you may have.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).

Best spot in Boothbay Harbor

They thought of everything! This location is on the water, close to the harbor, but far enough for privacy. Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable... We truly felt at home here!
