Start the morning with coffee overlooking the views. Watch lobster boats pass, look for bald eagles, osprey and harbor seals, or walk down to your own dock to launch a kayak, cast a fishing line or head out on the boat.

After a day on the water, settle into an Adirondack chair at the shoreline, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the light change over the river.

When evening arrives, gather around the waterfront fire pit for conversation, s’mores and a classic Maine summer night.

The property is surrounded by trees and feels exceptionally quiet and secluded, making it a wonderful place to truly unplug.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES AND COUPLES
One of the home’s most popular features is its layout. Each bedroom has access to its own full bathroom, giving everyone more privacy than you typically find in a vacation cottage.

Captain’s Quarters – First Floor
King bed, private full bathroom, water views and Smart TV.

First Mate’s Suite – First Floor
Located at the opposite end of the house, this private bedroom has a queen bed, its own full bathroom and Smart TV.

Crew Quarters – Second Floor
A spacious upstairs suite with one queen bed, two twin beds, full bathroom, Smart TV and small balcony. It’s a great space for children, teenagers or another family.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

For cooler spring and fall visits, the home is heated and cozy, making Westport Island just as appealing for a May getaway or an October foliage weekend as it is during July and August.

And when you’re ready to relax indoors, there is a Smart TV in every bedroom and the family room, along with high-speed 1-Gbps mesh Wi-Fi throughout the property.
