Historic 3-Bedroom Colonial Home Minutes to The Harbor

This tastefully updated colonial is centrally located in Boothbay Harbor's charming village community. Cozy Blue Colonial is an easy walk to waterfront restaurants, boutiques, boat cruises, fishing charters, art galleries or simply strolling on the boardwalk watching all of the harbor activity.

It is also a piece of Boothbay Harbor history. Built in the 1820's, by the famous architect John Wright Weymouth. Close to the supermarkets, hospital, and library. Enjoy screened porch on the front to watch the world go by and a deck on the back for privacy. Several paved parking spots are in the rear.
