Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned.

Had no hot water at 10 pm. We called and they said what time you taking showers in the am? What does it matter. Wanted to give my child a bath now.
