"The house is in a great and convenient location for any Venice based hunting and fishing. Drive to the wharf took us leave than five minutes, which was very handy after a long day on the water. The house itself is clean and comfortable with a lot of beds and decently stocked kitchen with lots of spices and seasonings as well as multiple fillet knives. There is a large ice maker on the outside and a big standalone freezer for your fish and game processing needs as well as a cleaning station on the outside of the house.The VRBO email contained all the necessary information and came in plenty of time. It would be nice to see a new grill, but I assume the salt air makes maintain one on the outside of the house difficult. I did see a couple of small portable electric grill tops on the inside of the house, so I assume one can make do with that. For our group we used the stove top and the cast iron pans and that was more than enough for our needs. It's not the fanciest house, but I liked it a lot and the location combined with the amenities based around the area's outdoor activities made it a good choice for my friends and I. For a group of Middle Aged men just looking for a good place to settle down after a day on the water it was a great choice."
