"The house and property are absolutely beautiful. Skyles lake is so dreamy and perfect for paddle boarding. The house was stocked with everything you'd need, comfortable beds and proximity to Whitefish is great. Also bonus it's dog friendly and our dogs had a great time in the backyard/lake. Only downside was how dusty the construction made the back deck, but we knew about it before coming so not a problem - we still loved sitting on the deck especially during the rainstorms! We would love to come back!"

"Martha & Jim were great hosts! The apartment was a clean, nice quiet place and had everything that we needed. Martha greeted us with a warm smile and conversation when we arrived on the first day. From that point we had a few texts back and forth and on the last day Martha made sure that our stay was enjoyable. The location was a little bit outside of town and was perfect for a quiet stay and relaxing time. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for a getaway!!"

"4/5 StarsOverall, this is a very nice home, and we enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend it to others.A few things kept it from being a 5-star experience. The layout is a bit unusual for larger groups. While there are three bathrooms, one is inside a master bedroom, so our group of 10 adults was effectively sharing two bathrooms. The large recreation room (converted garage) was great gathering space but has no sink or running water. The kitchen is massive, but surprisingly lacks prep space for cooking meals for a large group. Also, the kitchen is up about 16 stairs, which could be a challenge for older guests.Cell service is essentially nonexistent, making the Starlink internet invaluable. However, Wi-Fi coverage was inconsistent in some areas of the house and property.Finally, the host mentioned bears in the area, but the garbage cans were not bear-resistant and were not emptied during our stay. With 12 adults, we had to store some trash inside to avoid attracting wildlife.Plan on bringing paper towels, toilet paper, simple spices for cooking, trash bags. The host provided minimal items and the only spices were salt and pepper. There were ample plates and cups etc.Despite these issues, this is a solid rental that was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. With a few improvements, it could easily earn 5 stars."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The location is amazing, and the views of the lake are gorgeous. Waking up each morning to the peaceful water and spending time on the deck overlooking the lake was such a relaxing way to start the day. Watching the sunset over the water each evening from the dock was the perfect way to end it.Our kids had so much fun using the kayaks and exploring the lake. Having the water right outside the house made for an unforgettable family vacation.The owners were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making everything from booking to checkout completely seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home.If you're looking for a peaceful lakefront getaway with spectacular views, a fantastic location, and wonderful hosts, this home is hard to beat. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
