"Great service overall and property was comfortable and rooms were well designed. Staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. The main negative was that the whole property was a little tired and in need of refurbishment and sun beds were not the comfort one would expect at a 5* property. "

The hotel agreed to move us to a room that matched what was advertised, but required an additional payment of 2,000 THB per night. As we had already paid for the room as presented online, we had no reasonable alternative and paid an extra 8,000 THB for 4 nights. The hotel manager advised me to contact Expedia directly, as the discrepancy relates to how the room was displayed on your platform. As a loyal Expedia customer, I kindly request reimbursement of the additional 8,000 THB. I would appreciate your prompt review and resolution of this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
