"The room was spotless and this is important for someone like me who is OCD. It had shower towels and beach towels, The bed and pillows were comfy. The property had a shared kitchen with a TV, a keurig with all flavored coffees, sugar, creamer, toaster oven, sandwich presser, fridge and we also had a fridge in the room! I am the type that likes to have cold drinks in my room. The premises has a store on the grounds where one can find food/snacks and things that tend to be forgotten like a toothbrush or toothpaste. The room attendant also services the store and she was very helpful with suggestions of things we could do. The grounds are well lit at night and the walk to the beach is about a 3 min walk with restaurants walking distance. Jose who did my check in was friendly and even was kind enough to help carry my mom and aunt’s belongings up to their room. They are senior citizens and he was a true gentleman. At night the room was quiet and it had cable and a smart tv so we were able to watch a movie. I highly recommend this place! "

"They should change the shower system for a simple one. My room had no fridge, they were trying to bring it while I was busy. Restaurant food is not good at all. "

"Owner tried very hard to equip the house well. I appreciated a Nespresso maker and espresso cups. Also graciously left coffee, rum and wine for arrival. Gazebo and lounging pool perfect. Fine gas grill. Very kid friendly. Pool is on ground level and quarters on upper, so young kids can’t really come and go. We liked how authentically Puerto Rican Combate is - very few gringos like us, but it is mostly elaborate campers, which is why 4 stars instead of 5. To get the full sunset, you need to walk to the beach or dine at Annies, where we liked the Grouper bites best. "

Wilmayra communicated with us in advance and on the day of check in for a smooth stay including how to find the apartment and where to park. Beach towels and toys were available to borrow and fun family games for the evenings were available as well. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable!"

"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The location was wonderful quiet, peaceful, and a nice distance from the busy tourist areas, which we loved. The owner was also very kind and easy to communicate with, which made the experience feel welcoming.There were just a few things that could be improved. The house could have been a bit cleaner, as there were small bugs around the windows, walls, and some floors. We also didn’t have consistent hot water there were plug in shower heaters, but when the power went out we only had cold water. It would also be nice if full bedding sets were provided, since there was only a fitted sheet and a throw blanket. With a little attention to these details, this place could easily be a top notch stay. We truly appreciated the friendly host and the peaceful location."
