It was really nice hotel to stay. The room is beautiful, like the gym and I also run outside which is great place to run. The cafe for breakfast is great especially the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for them. The beach is walkable and they a Van service going to Dmall and pick up. Overall my stay is great. My suggestion only is that I hope they have there own E-trike for short distance drive. Thank you

The new resort is located in a beautiful quiet area of Boracay with free shuttle to D mall. The resort has great breakfast options and a buffet also. I've never met so many wonderful kind and caring people in my lifetime. Make the right choice I. Boracay and stay at the Chancellor resort. Oh...the views of the beach area and the country side are breathtaking!

I was genuinely impressed by the staff at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, Vince greeted us with a big smile and immediately made us feel welcome. He made sure we got to the boat on time, carried our luggage, and even helped us again on our return all the way back to the airport. Such a kind and reliable guy. At the front desk, Alystin took great care of us and was incredibly accommodating. We arrived early, and just as she promised, she personally called us when our room was ready. When we decided to upgrade, Chan helped us move smoothly to the new room, and Zeke made sure we caught the shuttle without any stress. Special shoutout to Remar from the pool bar and dining, and Maricar from the dining area. On our second visit, Maricar already had our cappuccino ready because she remembered we ordered it the day before. That level of attention really stood out. Overall, the hospitality here was outstanding. The staff alone is a big reason I would come back. My mom and I truly felt taken care of. The hotel itself is fairly new, having just opened in December 2025, so everything was clean and mostly brand new. It’s about a 15–20 minute ride to Stations 1–3, but they offer a shuttle, and you can also take an e-trike. While it’s not beachfront, the nearby beach is still easily walkable.

The hotel is new so that great. Rooms nice. People working at hotel very nice. My only comment would be don’t say ma’am to many times. I know they are being polite but once is enough always. Just a constructive comment. The hotel is very clean and they are meticulously cleaning constantly. It’s a good location too because it’s in station zero away from all the crowded areas so relaxing to be away from it. Thx for my stay.
