There were a lot of rules, but generally the owners provided good (if minimal) service. Place is quiet except for chickens and roosters which were not problem for us. The beach on this side is not as nice, but good for kite surfing and wind surfing, it is only about a 20 minute walk to the other side of the island with nicer beaches, but much busier.

A good enough place that didn't cost too much. The streets need a lot of work in boracay, there is raw sewage flooding the streets in some places and this not only stinks but has caused a big health risk when people have to walk through it to get to the north side.

Tolle Aussicht, ruhig und privat

Unterkunft ist am Berg mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer. Etwas abseits vom überfüllten und lauten White Beach. Aber zu Fuß oder Tricycle problemlos erreichbar. Besitzer ist sehr hilfsbereit und informiert umfangreich über das Verhalten in der Unterkunft und auch über potenzielle Gefahren sowie Tips und Tricks in Boracay.

좋은 주변 경관

화이트 비치에서 조금 멀기는 하나, 독립된 객실 환경 및 주변 경관이 매우 좋았습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하였습니다. 조금 아쉬운 점은 에어콘/가스레인지등의 동작이 투숙전에 확인되지 않아 사용에 어려움이 있었습니다. 물론 관리자에게 요청하자 수리는 되었음.

Great escape from busy white beach

Very friendly owners who are very welcoming and willing to help you out with anything you need. Good location on the quieter side of Boracay and really nice to have a pool and privacy. Clean room with everything in it you could need. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the main road where you can access white beach.

Very bad experience!!! The room is not worth 300 AUD per night!!! Its actually advertise for way cheaper than 300 AUD at the front of the location. 2000 peso per night which is way less the 300AUD. Very bad location! As too far from everything!!! Will not recommend this to anyone!! Unless if u wanna throw your money away for nothing so go hard!!!

Great Ocean Views

Located half way up the hill at the far end of the beach, the Sunrise Palais has a great view of the ocean and the kite-surfers. There is a small pool and the owner and staff are very hospitable. It is located away from the main tourist area so it is quiet and peaceful. A walk into the main town (D-Mart) is approximately 15 minutes or 3 mins by taxi-bike. Well recommended.

Great views not far from White Beach.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be a short distance away from all of the noise and people. The view is spectacular. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to White Beach. It is a great place to stay especially if you are visiting for the wind related sports. It is a 1 minute walk from that area. I would definitely go back again!
