Chez Guillaume – Air-Conditioned Apartment in the Heart of Bordeaux

Located on the 2nd floor of a secure building with other apartments, this 35 m² air-conditioned flat is perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, or friends (3 adult beds and a baby cot available—see photos). Since 2026, the sofa bed has been replaced by a real single bed for added comfort.



Ideal for short, long, or business stays, it's set in the heart of Bordeaux, just steps from tram line A (Hôtel de Ville stop), the cathedral, city hall, and courthouse. You can easily explore the city while enjoying the apartment’s peaceful atmosphere.



The living area combines lounge and bedroom with a table, comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi, and storage. At night, it transforms into a bedroom with two thick 90x200 cm beds and a single bed.



The bathroom has a shower, sink, soap, and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.



The independent kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, and several coffee makers—perfect for preparing meals.



On request, a travel cot, high chair, and stroller are available. A secure luggage locker is offered on the ground floor for your convenience (service available for an extra fee). Cleaning products, vacuum, broom, and dustpan are provided.



Please note: there is no elevator.



All accommodations are accessible independently via a key box and code keypad, providing a practical and pleasant base for discovering Bordeaux.
