Charming and fully renovated apartment in the heart of Bordeaux. Ideally located, just a 2-min walk from Tram lines A & B, and close to shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and historic landmarks.



This bright 1-bedroom apartment (1st floor, no elevator) features a west-facing living room with an open kitchen, a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The sofa converts into a 140 cm bed (please inform us in advance if needed). A west-facing balcony with a table and chairs allows for outdoor dining.



High-end amenities ensure a pleasant stay: air conditioning, flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, and quality materials. The kitchen includes a microwave, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, toaster, and kettle. The dining table is suitable for remote work, and office supplies can be provided upon request. Iron available on demand.



Self check-in possible. Minimum stay: 2 nights (weekends). In July & August, weekly stays (Saturday-Saturday) are preferred.

Handy flat in great location

This flat is small, but has everything you need for a quick visit to Bordeaux. It’s a short walk to the sights as well as lots of great restaurants and cafes. It’s spotlessly clean and well equipped with clear instructions.

Bien situé peu mieux faire pour le prix

pas de wifi, pas de signal sur la TV, il y a une clim mais pas la télécommande pour la faire marcher et il faisait 36 degrés le jour de notre réservation nous étions réveillés à 3 heures du matin, la terrasse n'est pas propre, impossible d'ouvrir une bouteille le tire bouchon ne fonctionne pas, l'intérieur de l'appartement à été refait mais la cage d'escalier est déplorable enfin les couverts verres et assiettes semblent venir de chez Emaüs,le parking suggéré est fermé pour travaux
