Upstairs, it offers 3 independent bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and separate toilets. The ground floor features a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace equipped with an insert, a laundry area, and a shower room with toilet facilities.
To enjoy outdoor meals, a table, chairs, and a large parasol are at your disposal.
Set amidst a wooded area predominantly consisting of oaks, pines, and chestnut trees over 5 hectares, you will relish the tranquility of the countryside just 25 minutes from Bordeaux and 45 minutes from the Arcachon Bay. The superb market in the center of Léognan (on Saturdays) is only 3 minutes away and will delight your taste buds with its regional products.
Located in the heart of the Pessac-Léognan appellation and surrounded by the most beautiful vineyards, wine enthusiasts will be enchanted.
