It was completely renovated, decorated and equipped in April 2018 and it includes:
- a living room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed, coffee table, an armchair, a dining table for 4 people, a TV, internet / wifi, desk, storage
- an open kitchen fully equipped with multifunction pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need for cooking
- a quiet room with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm and closet
- a shower room with sink, small storage unit and WC

Apartment equipped with washer-dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made upon arrival.
