This property, located in an old building, was completely renovated, decorated and equipped in January 2019.

It includes:
- a living room with a sofa bed, a coffee table, an armchair, a dining table for 6 people, a TV, internet / wifi, storage
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and all you need for cooking
- a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, a large closet and a desk
- a bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 cm and a large closet
- a bathroom with sink, small cabinet and cupboard

Apartment equipped with washer dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
