Family visit to "La pizza des Gourmets"

Comfortable hotel in a good location. Plenty of free parking. Only one negative point, the electronic room lock failed after the first evening so we had to be let into the room every time by the reception staff, thank goodness for 24 hour reception.A safe in the room for valuables would be a welcome additional feature.

Bof !

Hôtel assez confortable mais pas d'une propreté irréprochable (la moquette dans la chambre, notamment). Le lit 2 personnes étroit (j'ai déjà vu mieux, même dans la chaîne B&B) et la salle de bain rudimentaire (1 seule grande serviette pour 2). La situation de l'hôtel sur une grande ligne droite rend fou le GPS ! Les chambres sont mal insonorisées : j'ai cru que le voisin urinait dans mes toilettes !. Sinon, accueil sympa et calme relatif des environs.

Accueil sympathique. Literie de qualité. Magnifique grande douche à l'italienne ! Seul bémol, notre nuit a été perturbée par des bruits d'altercation non loin de la chambre à plusieurs reprises. Pas de chance !

Hôtel accueillant pour un court séjour

Chambre confortable et accueillante, hôtel calme. Dommage que la fenêtre vitrée servant de volet ne fermait pas... et qu'il n'y avait parfois personne à l'accueil la journée. J'ai pris mon petit déjeuner à l'extérieur, mais j'espère néanmoins que celui de l'hôtel était bon et qu'il y avait du choix car 10 euros semble cher!

Je connais bien mieux !

Wifi dans l'établissement mais le code n'est pas donné à l'arrivée. Lorsque vous en avez besoin, vous voulez appeler l'accueil pour l'obtenir, sauf que le téléphone ne fonctionne pas ! Obligé donc de s'habiller et de descendre à l'accueil ...puis retour en pleine nuit, besoin d'une seconde carte pour entrer dans la chambre. le carte fournie ne fonctionne pas donc obligé de réveiller celui qui dort déjà ...bref un hotel qui a besoin de se mettre au niveau des besoins des clients

overall a good place to stay, but ground floor room had a view of carpark ,so no privacy. Good public transport outside hotel, and it was nice to take a bus to get a feeling of being a local. Breakfast was overpriced, and I would have like some coffee-tea facility in the room. Wifi kepts dropping out and had to sign in every time.

Grande chambre climatisée, 1 jeu de serviette pour un couplé. Déjeuner à oublier. Servi sur un plateau, très pauvre, pas de yaourt, pas de salé et pour 10€ quand d'autres hôtels proposent un buffet pour 8€. On peut y aller pour dormir uniquement.

La chambre était agréable mais la température de la chambre trop fraîche j'ai essayé de régler, en vain, la climatisation donc j'ai eu froid et je n'ai pas demandé à la réception il était tard donc j'ai renoncé je me suis donc bien couverte prenant une autre couverture sinon à part ça tout était bien

erreur de réservation

J'ai confirme par téléphone à 18h notre arrivée tardive et un lit bb si possible. Aucun pb mais à notre arrivée à 22h pas de lit bb dispo et notre chambre avait étéddonnée à qq un d autre donc resa payée pour 4 et chambre double donnée! !! Aucun professionnalisme .personne ne s est excusé pour l erreur ni le lendemain...merci pour la nuit en famille dispatchee sur 2 étage différents!

Da das Personal nicht gut englisch sprach konnte ich ihm nicht vermitteln das ich das Hotel im Vorfeld schon bei Expedia bezahlt hatte, somit musste ich es zweimal bezahlen und laufe nun meinem Geld hinterher .....

Reasonable place to stay in Bordeaux.

A good place to stay to take public transport into Bordeaux. Wifi was very difficult to operate - every time had to have a log-in even if still in your hotel room. Wifi could not send e-mails from any e-mail client and was difficult with webmail. I asked the hotel on arrival to pay the bill with a different credit card to that which was used for the booking. When I went to pay the bill on leaving, I was greeted with that it had already been done using the card for securing the booking.
