Close to all amenities and transport, you are in 5 minutes by tram to the center of Bordeaux (Victory Square, Aquitaine Museum, Pey Berland Cathedral, Quartier Gambetta, Grand Theater, Place des Quinconces and many others. .).

Also enjoy its proximity to the motorway (A63 access in 15 mins by car from the accommodation) to admire the beauty of the Arcachon basin, enjoy the ocean beaches or visit the vineyards of Bordeaux.
You are also in 5 minutes on the university area of Talence.
