This charming, detached 17th-century stone house, located near the village, sits within a magnificent, private, enclosed park of over 6,000 m² overlooking the Dordogne River and the iron bridge built by Gustave Eiffel in the 19th century. The terrace allows you to fully appreciate this setting, and for moments of relaxation, a ping-pong table is available under its covered shelter. The house comprises a kitchen (microwave, tumble dryer), a living/dining room with 16th-century wood paneling, typical of the Bordeaux school, three bedrooms with French doors opening onto the garden (one double bed 140x200cm, four single beds 90x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Bed linen, kitchen and bath towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee. Hiking trails are located near the property.
