The spacious and bright living room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, and a television, perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The practical and well-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare and enjoy your meals in a friendly atmosphere. The bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, promises well-deserved nights of rest. Also, enjoy a superb terrace.

The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a very comfortable stay. You will also appreciate the convenience of secure parking, allowing you to move around with peace of mind.

To ensure a hassle-free check-in and check-out, the keys will be personally handed to you by our concierge. We ask you to respect our house rules: parties and smoking are not allowed, in order to guarantee a peaceful environment for all our guests.

Furthermore, for families traveling with young children, we offer a baby bed and high chair rental service to ensure the comfort of your little ones.

Take tram A or bus 1 from Mérignac Aéroport station to Gambetta Mériadeck station then take the tram B from Gambetta Station to La Cité du Vin station then walk 3 mins.

From Saint Jean Railway Station:
Take the bus C from Gare Saint Jean Station to Quinconces station then take the tram B from Quinconces station to La Cité du Vin station then walk 3 mins.


NEIGHBORHOOD

The ideal setting for a short stay or a long weekend.
The beautiful buildings are an excellent indication of the new Bordeaux. The land once belonged to an old Carthusian monastery (Carthusian in French, which leads to the current name, Les Chartrons), drained by the Dutch in the 17th century. It was once the home of English, Scottish, Irish, Scandinavian and German merchants who built beautiful houses and cellars. Cours Xavier Arnozan (formerly Pavé des Chartrons) is one of the most aristocratic and elegant streets in the city. It was always a sign of social status to live on the "Pavé" in the last century.
We recommend the Quai des Marques which is an ideal location with parking and a tram stop nearby where you can shop and have brunch in an open-air café overlooking the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.

A great place to stay

It’s been lovely staying at the flat. It’s not as central as other places but so easy to get to the centre by tram (the flat is only 2 min walk from the stop) so if you want a slightly quieter stay it’s perfect! The flat was super clean and it had everything we needed - even for cooking a meal. The communication with the staff was excellent - the only thing to keep in mind is that their English is not very good. I would definitely recommend this flat! :-)

Ideally situated near the tram and the bridge of lights, and the Cite du Vin. Supermarket near by, restaurant opposite. Walking distance to the Hangars and the Bassin des Lumieres. Comfortable and clean.

Lovely apartment with good transport connections

We had a really great week in Bordeaux based out of this apartment which was clean and well apportioned. It was super close to transport which is cheap and efficient. The only minor snag was the guide (otherwise helpful!) was incorrect about where the rubbish/recycling went but this was easily sorted with a conversation with the onsite porter.

Séjour de 2 nuits. Appartement spacieux, moderne et très bien placé. Mais communication avec l'équipe pas évidente et peu professionnelle. Et surtout logement très sale: ménage qui laisse beaucoup à désirer et ce sans doute depuis plus semaines vu la poussière! Miettes, restes alimentaires (frigo, café), dentifrice dans la vasque et sur le miroir mais aussi cheveux au fond de la baignoire. Très dommage vus les atouts du logement! Autre point faible: le réseau internet

Je suis ravie de ma location appartement propre situation géographique parfaite et stationnement pour véhicule compris dans la locations T2 très bien agencé parfait pour séjour sur bordeaux proche de toutes commodités.
