    Only 600 metres from the centre of Saint-Augustin and 800 metres from the tramway line A, it allows easy access to the centre of Bordeaux by tram, bus, car or bike. Local shops, restaurants and services are within walking distance.

    On the ground floor, the living room, dining room and kitchen open onto a pleasant terrace, entirely unspoilt from view, ideal for enjoying the sunny days in peace. There is also an outbuilding in the garden, but remains closed and not accessible to tenants.

    Upstairs, the house has two beautiful bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 × 200 cm bed, as well as two bathrooms, offering comfort and privacy.
