Each floor can accommodate 2 people and has its own bedroom space with a Queen Size 160x200cm bed, a living room with a sofa, desk and flat-screen TV (Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access - subscriptions not provided), as well as a fully equipped open kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large Italian shower and a toilet.



The location is ideal, just a 15-minute walk from the Place de la Victoire and Bordeaux Saint-Jean train station, in a quiet neighbourhood. You will also enjoy the proximity of public transport (tram 250m away), shops, restaurants, markets (Marché des Capucins) and the famous Saint-Michel flea market.
