"Great time, great view. We got a little lost getting there, however the property manager helped us and made sure we got there.Great view of Coral Bay, good breeze all the time keeping it cooler and keeping the bugs away. Pool was nice and cool, great accommodations."

"Having been to St. John several times, we knew it was the place we wanted to celebrate and surprise my husband for his 70th birthday. Arriving in the dark after flight delays, we could see the lights in the distance and on the water from the villa. Beautiful! But waking up and seeing the sunrise, the surrounding land and water from the balconies was a surprise for all of us! It is truly amazing. The pictures of the views online do not lie. But to experience the views and to feel the breeze in person is unforgettable.There was plenty of space for 8 adults to be very comfortable. We cooked at home every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was refreshing after our days out at the beautiful beaches. The bedrooms all have AC (which we appreciated!) and there are plenty of fans as needed. Loved the outdoor showers and the tons of relaxing areas to sit while taking in the views from all angles. Honestly, everything about Watermelon Villa was more than we expected and we loved our stay and all of us said we will not hesitate staying here again. Get yourself a jeep (or 2 in our case) and experience the roads, the incredible beaches, the donkeys, the roosters and one the most beautiful places you’ll ever see. Thank you to Nicole for her great communication and Leo for being so kind the night we arrived. We will be back!"

"My daughter and I stayed here and loved it. It was quiet with an unbelievable view and constant breeze. I spent every morning and evening on the deck. The main room feels small when you first arrive but the master bedroom, loft, porch and deck make it very roomy with plenty of space. The water is not drinkable with low pressure but that didn't matter to us. The outdoor shower was wonderful with the same view as the deck. It had everything we needed and the beach chairs & cooler were very useful. The steps to get back up to the driveway were a lot so be prepared. I didn't mind the workout. The location was great. Close to everything around Coral Bay and more calm & quiet than Cruz Bay. All the beaches we went to were around 10-20 minutes away driving 15-20 mph. There are 2 markets and a few restaurants close by. The Cantina was our favorite. Everything about our trip was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. We miss it already!"

"Very nice basic villa with beautiful Coral Bay views. Driveway is steep with a ridge at the top; if renting use a 4wd with good clearance. Stone wall in the parking area is a work of art! Easy drive to Skinny Legs and Coral Bay markets, not far to Maho and Francis Bay beaches."
