"We had a nice stay at this property...The village is a dream and the hikes a block away are a bonus! Definitely the location is one of the best things. Dinners are the second best things...menu is limited but the food is absolutely delicious and well presented. The service at the restaurant is fantastic...it was truly a pleasure. The 4 stars are for the cleanliness...our room (Annex room) was not vacuumed during our stay. Since it's basically a hiking place your boots are always dirty even if you leave them at the door. Just something to improve. "
"This isn't a review of the hotel, but the communications. Bad weather delayed my flight by a couple of days. I tried reaching out by a couple of different methods to move my dates, but heard nothing. I was very excited to stay, but I wouldn't recommend booking due to the lack of communication. "
