"The staff was terrific and offered a great deal. The only incident was when the staff that did the laundry charged over 70euros more as they checked a box on my laundry sheet stating I wanted expedited service. And the laundry came back wet. They quickly resolved the issue by taking away the upcharge and taking our clothes back and drying them completely."

Unlike a lot of chain groups this hotel gives you a truly old fashioned personal welcome and an experience which is so refreshingly traditional.
