Fabulous restaurant and included breakfast, best meals we've had in Iceland so far, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms in guest house, comfy beds, friendly competent staff. Guesthouse room was quite hot for sleeping though.

This a lovely place to stay complete with restaurant and brewery/distillery. We had a lovely relaxing stay and it is only a few miles from BORGARFJÖRÐUR EYSTRI where you can see lots of puffins up close!

We were a little unsure when we pulled up, but we quickly changed our minds - incredible rooms and amazing food. Beds and linens were high quality and super clean. Very very nice bathroom and shower. Balconies were excellent. Just wish the spa was included or at least that the hot tubs were available for use.

One of our favourite stays in Iceland. Fantastic breakfast (included), good coffee, nice bar, fantastic staff. The room was spacious and we loved our balcony. Stay here! Go on a Puffin Adventure boat tour :)

This was an incredible place to stay! The location is top notch and it’s an easy drive to get to see the puffins.The staff and the people are just outstanding - special recognition to Sandra, Nicole, and Jakob. I would definitely stay here again and I will absolutely tell anyone who’s headed to Iceland to see the puffins that this is the place to stay!

This location is a bit off the beaten path. It is about 1 hour off of the Ring Road and you have to drive up and over a fjord to get there. That being said, the resort rooms are spectacular and the views getting there, and also from the rooms, is spectacular!! There is nothing else really in the town at all, so it is very secluded and that is the only downside (or, upside depending on if you are looking to really get away from pretty much everything else)!

Love for Blabjorg

Perhaps our favorite stay out of our entire Iceland trip! So cozy and comfy right by the water. An affordable price for a gorgeous little guesthouse. We did not use the spay but it was affordable and very nice looking! We had a delicious dinner at Frysticklefinn restaurant right there at the resort and it was so yummy. Also very convenient to have breakfast included the next morning. Staff were so helpful and kind which I enjoyed. Even allowed us to do a load of laundry for a small fee. Would absolutely recommend this beauty!

My room was very comfortable and it came with an awesome view. Parking was very easy (it was just outsode), there was free wifi, and breakfast was included (it was a good spread actually). Everybody who worked there was very helpful. I would stay there again. Plus it is only an 8 minute drive to see puffins
