"Unfortunately the sauna was broken for my one night stay. No one refilled the water in the spa area for hours, which was disappointing. Aside from these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Very intimate location behind a church and small. Neighborhood. Quiet."

"Lovely room, with large bathroom with robes and slippers provided. Continental breakfast provided with some hot food ie scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. Staff were very helpful, allowed to check in slightly earlier out out slightly later. We were disappointed with the hot pools not quite what we had expected. Saying that the sauna by them was excellent. Bring a towel to sit on a seating gets hot."

"The cabin was a remote base to explore the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. It was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys. The geothermal hot tub was a fun treat too. The hike to Eldborg Crater was a nice adventure with great views from the (steep) summit."

"This place was so lovely! The little apartment was very clean and functional. It was beautifully decorated and had an array of amenities. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. It was definitely very peaceful and quiet. Although I only stayed one night, I thoroughly enjoyed all it had to offer."
