  • You’ll be staying in a newly built, designer wooden house from 2019 featuring a loft and high ceilings. Thoughtful details—such as old doors from a Småland parsonage, wood paneling, and solid hardwood floors—create a warm atmosphere. Panoramic windows offer a peaceful view of the forest.



    The house is 40 square meters with a fresh, fully tiled bathroom featuring a shower. Bright and open spaces provide an airy feel despite the compact size.



    Your private patio and terrace feature a kettle grill and a dining table with 4 chairs. Here you can dine surrounded by nature and birdsong. The 2.5-hectare property offers direct access to the forest and walks among deer and birds.



    The Öland Trail is perfect for those bringing mountain bikes or hybrid bikes. Borgholm Castle is 15 minutes away, and you can reach Köpingsvik’s beautiful beach in 10 minutes. Explore Skedemosse with its Viking museum, Bjärbybadet on the east coast, or drive along the west coast to Långe Erik and the Byrum rauks.
