"Great location in reference to Crashboat beach (beautiful beach) and easy drives to restaurants, stores, other towns and their beaches/sights. The neighborhood may look sketchy at first but we felt totally safe at all times. Short walk to Crashboat beach includes a long incline of steps so make sure you’re able to do steps, otherwise quick drive there. Young neighbors drove and us, in our 60s, walked! LOL. "The location of this property is amazing with a great view to the Crash Boat beach and Aguadilla bay. You just need to walk about 200 meters, come down a set of stairs and voila, you are at the beach! Also the configuration of the property was perfect for our large family with 3 adult children, spouses, and grand kids (3 under the age of 3). The outside common had ample space for all of us to eat together and play with the kids. "

"Great room with view of the property and sunset. The Thai restaurant was fantastic! The property was very well managed, cared for and cleaned, the grounds keeper does an amazing job. The clean pool and hot tub were winderful ways to end your day in Rincon. We'll be back!"
