Our house offers 5 comfortable holiday flats and 2 cozy apartments, ideal for couples, families, or small groups. Shopping facilities and a bicycle rental service are just a 5-minute bike ride away, while the vibrant town center can be reached in about 10 minutes.

    The family-friendly South Beach (Südstrand) and the adjacent, expansive dog beach are just a 7-minute walk away. The North Beach (Nordstrand), featuring a promenade and music pavilion, is also easily accessible within 15 minutes by bike.

    All units feature a private terrace or balcony—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for your use.

Wir waren Juli/2025 sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung war sehr schön uns sehr sauber. Naheliegend der Nordstrand mit Hund (gute 10 Fußminuten). Der Südstrand ca. 15-20 Minuten. Lidl naheliegend. Hausmeister/Ehepaar sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Borkum selber ein Traum! Wir haben schon wieder für 2026 gebucht. Herzliche Grüße auch an Frau Daub!Tipp: die Teestube ist ein „Muss“ wer Windbeutel mag.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung 6. Nette kleine Wohnung, alles da, was benötigt wird.Leider funktionierte der TV nicht. Der sehr freundliche Hausmeister konnte uns mit einem Ersatz schnell helfen. Auch hier alle Programme verstellt, aber mit Geduld beim suchen klappte esdann.

Urlaub mit Hund

Erst waren wir sehr enttäuscht, weil sich die Wohnung versteckt im Hinterhaus befindet. Als wir uns daran gewöhnt hatten alles in allem ganz gut. Für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz, Für 4 P. Könnte es sehr eng werden. Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Duschkopf leider noch nicht ausgetauscht!! Kommt nicht wirklich viel Wasser raus. Angaben der Entfernungen stimmen leider nicht, der Hundestrand war doch etwas weiter entfernt als 2 Min., evtl. mit dem Auto !? Ich würde auf jeden Fall nochmal dort buchen! Hab mich aber ein bischen geärgert, das ich für meinen nichthaarenden Toypudel (Mini) genauso viel bezahle, wie jemand der mit einem großen Hund anreist.

Kurzurlaub

Schönes Objekt, ideal für 2 Personen. Wir waren kurzentschlossen zu 4 Erwachsenen und einem Hund. Das war beengt, aber im Vorhinein klar über den Vermieter kommuniziert worden. Wir hatten super Wetter, daher haben wir uns auch nicht groß in der Wohnung aufgehalten. Es war absolut in Ordnung für uns.

Nicht zu empfehlen !

Es ist klein,dunkel und schlecht zu lüften. Ins Schlafzimmer kommt der Kochdunst der Nachbarwohnung ca. 50 cm Abstand. Auf der Miniterrasse ohne Aussicht, sitzt man vor dem Toilettenfenster des Nachbarn. Das Geschirr war schmutzig . Wir waren froh wieder nach Hause zu fahren.

Borkum ist eine Reise wert

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Zentral zum Südstrand, aber mit dem E-Bike (das ausleihen ist zu empfehlen 🙂) ist alles super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung 6 hatte zwei Zimmer, somit konnten wir getrennt schlafen, mit einer kleinen abgetrennten Terrasse. Sehr schön, immer gerne wieder.

Perfekt und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, gemütlich, auch alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen benötigt, geräumig für 2 Personen, gute Lage zum Strandwie auch zum Zentrum, ruhig, Bushaltestelle fast vorm Haus, Fahrradverleih in der Parallelstraße. Die Matratzen sind sehr durchgelegen und der Duschkopf könnte erneuert werden ( lässt sich nicht richtig einstellen). Ansonsten alles bestens.

Schöne FeWo

Wir zwei Freundinnen haben ein verlängertes WE in der FeWo verbracht. Es war alles in Ordnung. Der Check-In erfolgt über Schlüsselkasten. Es war alles (bis auf den vollen Badeimer von den Vorgängern) sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die FeWo uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Borkum selbst muss man mögen. Sollten wir aber doch nochmal nach Borkum reisen, würden wir wieder in dieser FeWo unterkommen.

corona urlaub

da durch die corona-krise der vermieter nicht vor ort sein konnte und sich um die wohnung kümmern konnte war der erste eindruck etwas ernüchternd.nach einigen tagen hatte dies sich jedoch geändert und wir waren mit der unterkunft zufrieden.würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Inseloase mit kleinen Abstrichen

Kleine, aber für 2 Personen völlig ausreichende Unterkunft. Was störte war das Fehlen des angekündigten zweiten Schlüssels - und noch mehr eigentlich, dass der Hausmeister sich auf den Mailboxanruf von uns nicht gemeldet hat. Das WLAN war zwar erreichbar, hatte jedoch keine Internetverbindung. Damit war es dann doch eher nutzlos. Kleinigkeiten, aber doch etwas nervig. Sonst war es aber recht gemütlich und auch die flott reagierende Heizung hat zum Wohlfühlen beigetragen. Alle Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Insgesamt eine nette, hundefreundliche Unterkunft.

Nette kleine Puppenstube

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen geeignet, bei drei Personen wird es, auch wenn man sehr schlank ist, eng. Wenn man das Schlafsofa (Bett für die 3. Person) ausklappt, kommt man kaum noch an den Esstisch oder auf die Terrasse. Vorsicht geboten ist auch bei den (versteckten?) Nebenkosten: zusätzliche Gebühr für Bettwäsche, zusätzliche Gebühr für Kurzbelegung und die obligatorische Endreinigung, die angesichts der Größe der Wohnung fürstlich ausfällt. Die Zimmer sind aufgrund der Fenster in dem Flachdach schön hell und nett eingerichtet.
