Centrally located and yet quiet, only 120 m from the main beach and promenade

  • Your apartment is located at the new lighthouse in the upper beach road. Beach and promenade are just like the famous shopping street, Bismarkstraße after a few minutes. All daily facilities (supermarket, train station, bakery, drugstore, restaurants, bike rental, Gezeitenland ......) are just as close to your home.
    You can view the property from the ferry to the island railway, or even drive easily with your own car. Underground parking is available for you personally. From the underground to reach the apartment comfortable with the hotel's elevator.
    When moving the apartment has been professionally cleaned and on request can be found in addition to made-up beds, and towels lying ready before, so the holiday can begin immediately.
    The apartment has 4 full-size beds; 2 each in a separate bedroom and living room. The equipment is on the maximum occupancy. 4 people oriented.
    In summer 2014, the apartment received a new fitted kitchen with four burner hob, dishwasher and microwave.
    In addition to the TV in the living room and the bedroom was fitted with a small flat screen TV.
    The central location and cozy apartment will delight you.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Alles war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Lage war auch perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wenn ich nochmal nach Borkum komme, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder dieselbe Wohnung buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Lage super. Die Wohnung ist top. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist vollkommen ok und überdacht, so dass man sogar bei Regen noch draußen sitzen kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war auch perfekt.Also, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, alles da, was man braucht. Kurze Wege zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Fahrstuhl von der Tiefgarage in die Wohnetage. Fr. Weigt war immer für Fragen erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und so ließ sich auch der gelegentliche Nieselregen gemütlich aushalten. Rolläden und auch die Markise auf dem Balkon waren top und die Räder konnten wir auch unterstellen. Und so hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche auf Borkum. Danke für den reinungslosen Ablauf!

Geschmackvoll und zentral

Eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Wohnung war bei unserem Eintreffen einwandfrei sauber. Hochwertige Geräte und Möbel. 1a Lage zwischen Leuchtturm und Strand. Einzig die nicht ganz so schöne Aussicht vom Balkon hat den sehr guten Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt.

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Wohnung zwar knapp bemessen, aber für zwei Erwachsene völlig ausreichend. Ausstattung nahezu perfekt, sogar mit vernünftigen Weingläsern und hochwertigen Geschirr und liebevollen Accessoires. Für die Tiefgarage muss man autofahren können. Audi Q5 ging gerade so. Ruhig und doch zentral gelegen, so dass man alles in wenigen Minuten bequem erreichen kann. (Gilt besonders für Gäste, die nur mit dem Koffer anreisen) Fazit : ein schöner Urlaub.👍

Kleine aber feine Wohnung in der Nähe zum Strand und auch ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit. Super Lage. Alles da, was man benötigt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Geräte und auch die restliche Ausstattung wirkten recht neu. Man merkt, dass sich jemand um die Wohnung kümmert und sie gut in Schuß hält. WLAN funktionierte problemlos mit ausreichender Geschwindigkeit. Unsere Teenager-Tochter war zufrieden damit. ;)

Tolle Whg am richtigen Ort

Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu, alles Ton in Ton (sw, ws, gr) Gefällt uns pers. sehr gut. Die Ausstattung und Whggrösse ist optimal für 2 Erw.. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Balkon bekommt am Nachmittag gut Sonne ab, der Laubengang vor der Whg schützt gut bei schlechterem Wetter. Insgesamt sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Der Aufzug zum EG und direkt in die TG ist eine top Zusatzausstattung, ebenso der verschließbare Fahrradkeller. Die TG-Stellplätze sind generell eher für kleinere PKWs ausgelegt ( die Autos waren ja vor Jahrzehnten auch kleiner). Nutzbar heute max. mit einem Fahrzeug bis Golf-Klasse (für Kombis und ab mittlere SUV wird’s knapp). Ist aber auch egal, in der Nähe gibts einen großen öff. Parkplatz. Und, ich glaube fest daran, dass man eine gut Wetter Garantie hat, wenn man diese Whg bucht 😉😁

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Weigt, die wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Freue mich über Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. gut eingerichtete Küche, etwas Putzmittel oder angenehm riechende Bettwäsche. Dann macht das Wohnen in einer anderen Umgebung sehr viel Freude. Balkon ist auch großartig, mit viel Sonne am Nachmittag. Das Haus liegt sehr gut, allerdings ist direkt gegenüber ein Frühstückscafé, da fängt um 7:45Uhr die Musik an zu dudeln, Geschmackssache, ich hätte es nicht gebraucht, aber es ist ja auch kein Altersheim!

Schnuckelige kleine FeWo in zentraler Lage

Eine wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Tiefgaragenplatz und Fahrstuhl, sehr zentral gelegen. Es stehen auch Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine und -Trockner zur Verfügung. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Wir sind bestens zufrieden und wenn wir mal wieder auf Borkum Urlaub machen, kommen wir gerne wieder! :-)
