Helle, große Wohnung, gute Ausstattung. Sehr zentrale Lage - natürlich nicht ganz ruhig, aber die Fenster sind ganz gut isoliert.

Tolle Lage, großräumige und sehr gepflegte Wohnung. Zu bemängeln ist, dass innerhalb einer Woche der allgemein übliche Badetuchwechsel nicht erfolgt. Deshalb 4 statt 5 Sterne.

Sehr schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, so dass alles wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Sehr angenehm war auch, dass die Wohnung im 3. Stock über einen Fahrstuhl zu erreichen war. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und bietet für 2 Personen sehr viel Platz. Auch die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Alles war genauso, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der kleine Balkon ist absolut ausreichend für 2 Personen, Stühle waren da und man konnte morgens seinen ersten Kaffee mit Blick aufs Meer genießen. Sehr gern buchen wir die Wohnung noch einmal.

Zentrale Lage, super Aussicht

Top Lage in der Innenstadt Super Ausblick auch auf das Meer Unkomplizierter Kontakt für Schlüsselübergabe Grundausstattung dürfte etwas ausgiebiger sein (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl wären schön)

Posthus #303

Die sehr geräumige DG-Wohnung ist zentral (Nähe Bahnhof) in der Fußgängerzone gelegen und nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Trotz allem ruhig. Eine Seite ist bietet einen (sehr) kleinen, nicht überdachten Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer, die andere Seite Blick auf den Leuchtturm und die Fußgängerzone. Es gibt einen großen Aufzug. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich. Der Strand ist sauber, sehr weitläufig und liegt gegenüber der Seehundbank. In der Fußgängerzone gibt es auch die Möglichkeit per Pferdekutsche eine Inselrundfahrt zu buchen. Schade ist der Mindestaufenthalt in der FeWo. Wir würden Borkum sonst öfter besuchen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Haus liegt in einer super Lage. Sehr kinderfreundlich. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön. Ich kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Wohnungen im Obergeschoss sind mit einem Aufzug super zu erreichen.

Über den Dächern Borkums...

Schönes und offenes Appartment, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt (#303). Trotz der "City-Lage" in der Fussgängerzone ruhig gelegen. Das für die Objektbetreuung zuständige Ehepaar Zander ist megaherzlich und hilfsbereit - bei allen Fragen und Anliegen. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. In der Gesamtbewertung gab es einen Stern Abzug, da das Bett kein Kingsize-Bett war (vgl. Beschreibung), sondern maximal (!) Queensize. Und 20cm können schon einen Unterschied machen... ;)

Perfekte Stadtwohnung

Die Lage dieser großen Wohnung ist sehr zentral. Wir haben in der dritten Etage (mit Meerblick und Aufzug) gewohnt; es war sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Verwalterin war super nett.

Schöne Wohnung in Strand- und City-Nähe

Super Wohnung im Herzen Borkums. Alle Geschäfte die man im Urlaub so braucht liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe (Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt, Bekleidung). Der Strand ist in 3 min. erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist mit Balkon, Küche, Fernseher und W-LAN prima ausgestattet. Für das Koffer-Schleppen ins dritte Obergeschoss wird man mit einem Blick aufs Meer und auf Borkums Seehundbänke belohnt.

Hatten nichts zu bemängeln es war trotz Bimmelbahn und Fußgängerzone nicht laut. Zimmer und die Hausmeister waren super und sehr hilfsbereit.

Geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit Meerblick

Leider gab es einige krasse Missstände bzgl. vorheriger Endreinigung, die teils in Eigenregie, teils durch die Verwaltung vor Ort behoben wurden. Der Bitte um einen zweiten Balkonstuhl wurde auch entsprochen, so dass wir ab dem 3. von 12 Aufenthaltstagen zufrieden waren.

Schöner Aufenthalt für sportliche

Wir hatten die Wohnung für 4 Personen gemietet. Als wir ankamen waren wir über die doch wirklich so vielen Stufen überrascht. Aber wir sind ja sportlich. In der Wohnung wurde uns dann klar, dass sie doch eher für 2 Personen ausgelegt war. Die Couch war für 7 Tage nicht wirklich bequem und man könnte das Wohnzimmer mit dem vorhandenen Vorhängen nicht wirklich abdunkeln. Im Bad gab es auch nur Handtuchhalter für 2 Personen und einen Kleiderschrank gab es nur für die im Schlafzimmer. Das waren unsere Kritikpunkte, wo wir der Meinung sind, dass hier das preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmte. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine schöne Woche auf Borkum. Die Lage der Wohnung war optimal und super zentral. Für 2 Personen und keine Sportmuffel eine perfekte Wohnung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch stets schnell und einwandfrei.
