    Our modern furnished and renovated 2017 apartment 'Warkstee' is centrally and quietly located in the center of Borkum. The apartment is on the ground floor and can be reached via a few steps.

    You can get to the apartment from the ferry terminal by island train or with your own car. The train station is only a two-minute walk away. A parking lot for loading and unloading is in front of the house, the public parking lot is 100 meters away.

    On 43 m² you will find two bedrooms, a living room with an integrated kitchenette and a bathroom. In addition, a small terrace with seating invites you to linger.

    The bed linen is included and the beds are made on arrival. You will receive a towel package with one shower towel and two towels per person.

    In the apartment you have free wireless internet access. A safe for your valuables is installed.

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut weiter empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen, es ist die best ausgestattete Wohnung, die wir je hatten. Alles was man in der Küche, im Bad oder ansonsten benötigt, ist vorhanden. Zusätzlich gibt es viel Informations Broschüren über die Geschichte der Insel und somit auch für Unternehmungen. Es wurde an alles gedacht, das ist wirklich toll.Auch der Kontakt mit der Familie war freundlich und verlässlich. Alle Reise Informationen bekamen wir pünktlich und das ein und aus checken verlief auch reibungslos.Danke für das wirklich schöne Ambiente. Wir haben den Kurz Urlaub sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten war nochmal nach Borkum kommen, dann kommen wir gerne wieder zu Ihnen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf Borkum. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodass man kein Auto oder Fahrrad benötigt. Der Bahnhof, der kleine Edeka, Restaurants, Geschäfte zum Bummeln, das Schwimmbad und der Nordstrand sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat in den beiden Schlafzimmern viel Platz für Kleidung. Es ist genügend Geschirr und auch alles andere zum Kochen vorhanden. Es gibt einen Keller mit Waschmaschine (Waschmittel ist in der Wohnung vorhanden), in dem konnten wir unseren Bollerwagen abstellen. Dieser kann auch am An bzw. Abreisetag zum Unterstellen der Koffer genutzt werden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm.

Super zentrale Unterkunft

Sehr schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung! Sie liegt zentral in der Fußgängerzone, alles (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Nordstrand, Restaurants...) ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ist außerordentlich gut. Kleine Minuspunkte sind eventuell die Hellhörigkeit und die zu harten Matratzen, aber das ist natürlich auch Geschmacks- und Ansichtssache. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir würden wieder buchen!

Ich war vom 02.06. bis zum 12.06.24 in dieser Wohnung. Ich hatte schon viele Ferienwohnungen, aber in dieser Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Sehr viel Geschirr und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist hervorragend für uns gewesen. Mitten im Zentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut und problemlos. Ich habe diese Wohnung mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal gebucht.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgetstattet und hat uns alles geboten was wir brauchten. Die Lage direkt an der Einkaufsstraße, nur wenige Minuten von der Promenade und vom Bahnhof war perfekt für uns. Das Einchecken war sehr flexibel und (wem es etwas sagt) äußerst Drinnie-freundlich ;).

Toll ausgestattet, super Lage!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Nette und hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Die Lage ist top - nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und zum Gezeitenland, Supermarkt direkt ums Eck, trotzdem total ruhig. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die etwas weichen und durchgelegenen Matratzen. Ich habe meine eindach umgedreht, dann war auch das halbwegs gelöst :) Ansonsten uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung!

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Liebe Familie Klinge, die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Sie war optimal ausgestattet, sehr gut gelegen und außerordentlich sauber!
