  • One-bedroom apartment (40 sq m) rated 3 stars in a residence completed in 2025, located in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of the Bormes hill.

    The living room opens onto a 9 sq m south-facing terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room, enclosed by French doors, is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a TV. The bedroom (12 sq m) and bathroom are spacious. A parking space in the basement and a bicycle garage are available.

    Ideally located in Bormes but close to Le Lavandou, this apartment will ensure a pleasant stay in any season.

    You can reach the beach (2.5 km) in less than 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

    The Riviera Station bus stop for the Zou! Line 878 Toulon-St. Tropez is a 5-minute walk from the residence and will take you to Le Lavandou in just a few minutes.

    You can also enjoy the nearby cycle path along the old railway line, the Chemin du Train des Pignes, and hike or cycle along the entire coastline.

    Finally, you can discover the very picturesque old village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, a 7-minute drive or a 26-minute walk away. The apartment is ideally located to follow the famous Bormes parade in February.
