For the area it is the nicest hotel, staff are very friendly and happy to help. The pool is not desirable due to people that stay there, blowing their noses in the water.

Citadines Uplands Kuching
The property is clean and in good condition. Bed and pillows were super hard and the tv had 5 working channels. Lots of noise all night from the constant stream of loud motorcycles and cars driving past the property.

Spacious room. Comfort bed. But smells in the sewage pipe drainage area around the shower or the toilet area on our day 4 and 5. Washroom was clean but not sure why the sewage smell.
