Very much just OK.
A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if ...

Very cozy and clean chalet
Everything was as described and the check in went very smoothly. A very friendly cleaning lady came by every day and helped us with clean towels, trash disposal and toilet paper.

Strange place upon arrival, however you soon realise its a great up and coming resort. Some of the nationals can be a little rude at times but the language barrier doesnt help this. Overall a great stay. Franko's FTW
