Nice stay at Ram’s Hill home

We enjoyed our stay at Rex’s home. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all new appliances and is nicely redone. The master bath has also been remodeled with an awesome shower. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfy. It felt like my own which has a very nice tempur-pedic mattress. It’s quiet there. We swam in the warm pool and enjoyed the hot tub. We look forward to staying there again.

Our stay

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. It was a great experience but would have been even better if the outside grill was clean and the patio was clean and had lighting. With more attention to detail, inside and outside, this would be a five star experience.

The place is super nice, looks even better than the pictures on the listing. Everything went really smoothly, communication was great and Rex was super helpful. Location is amazing, Rams Hill is nice and close drive to main Borrego road.

Great golf course view

Beautiful home inside and the view of the 4th green was so special. We enjoyed watching the golfers chip and putt out. Loved our stay and would stay in this home again!

Great house on the course.

This house had all the amenities. It was on the Rams Hill golf course with beautiful views. It was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful and Beautiful

This property was a great place to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The upgrades to the home are very nice. The views are so beautiful and the location was very peaceful. Overall, a real gem in the Borrego Springs area!

Clean and well maintained property with all the amenities.

The property worked perfect for our stay. It was close to our venue, easy directions, and commutation from property owner. Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed breakfast on back patio while watching golfers play. Beautiful scenery and safe location inside gated community. Overall great stay!

Great Home Base for Exploring

This property made a great home base while in Anza-Borrego for the spring flower bloom. Everything was in great shape and the host was very attentive to any questions we had. The back patio is a peaceful place to have morning coffee while watching golfers trying to make their puts or for stargazing at night. The neighborhood and amenities are very nice. We enjoyed meals at the restaurant and relaxing in the community hot tub. We will definitely stay here again!

power outage

there was a 2-3 day power outage in the entire area our stay was challenging. no one's fault. :) the property was just what we thought and the owners were helpful in helping us get the codes that weren't noted in advance. very thankful and not having electricity was more like camping.

Loving the desert vibe

This properly was perfect for us. Bedrooms and separate bathrooms on opposite sides of the home gave lots of privacy. Loved the "Golf Channel" views being located near the 4th green. Luxurious shower in Master suite. Multiple patios for hanging out. Loved the hot tub. Our January stay was perfect weather for us to hike around the course and enjoy the Borrego springs area We will be back.

Furnishings need updating

Nice condo. Good location and mostly clean. Could use cobwebs removed from ceiling corners. Living room couch and chair are broken and worn. We moved a chair from master bedroom for our use. Very mis-matched desk and desk chair in living room. A floor lamp would be nice. TV mounted above the fireplace mantel is uncomfortable to watch. Overall the place needs updating. Bar stools too high for height of bar. And, screws coming out of them. Kitchen nicely outfitted. Grill cover needs to be replaced.

Great Vacation Property!

We will be back to rent this property again. Our kids loved the on site pool and jacuzzi facility that was a short distance from the home. The Rams Hill community is filled with incredible desert landscape and views of Fonts Point and the Santa Rosa Mountain range across the valley. Very peaceful and relaxing. The property was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Comfortable beds made for great sleep. Highly recommend staying here when in the Borrego Springs area. We hiked The Slot, rode dirt bikes in Ocotillo Wells and explored the town of Borrego Springs, which were all within a short drive from the property. Unsanitary Conditions/Misleading photos

It was advertised as a Modern, Luxurious Home... This is what we found: Four of us spent 2 hours cleaning upon our arrival. Human tooth with blood found on hearth, all floors dirty (hairs, straight pins glass, crumbs), rugs were not vacuumed, Hair and stains on all sheets (we washed all bedding), three large smelly trash bags and empty boxes in garage (we had to move them to be able to park). Photos on VRBO of the 2nd bedroom were misleading. There is barely room for the two beds and there was no couch. There were other minor problems: coffee pot did not work, could not convert shower to tub for bath and more. We started communicating these problems with the contact person immediately, after several emails we received a call from the owner who was non-commital. As yet we have not received an apology or response to our experience. The view was beautiful.
